Description
The description
Turinabol (Chlorodehydromethyltestosterone, also known as Tbol and Oral Turinabol) is a modified form of Dianabol (Methandrostenolone). In particular, it is a combination of the chemical structures of Dianabol and Clostebol (4-chlorotestosterone). The change in chemical structure makes this steroid with very low androgenic potential, which has earned it its nickname Mild Dianabol.
According to the Androgens and Anabolic Agents: Chemistry and Pharmacology charts, Turanabol has a rating of 0 for androgens and 53 for anabolic properties to a maximum of 100 based on testosterone.
In 1990, a spectacular public scandal revealed that Turinabol was one of the main anabolic steroids used by East Germany in a state-sponsored doping program known as State Plan Research Theme 14.25. This program was developed in 1960. and implemented between 1974 and 1989 to improve the performance of German Olympic athletes. The survey reveals that 10,000 athletes took Turinabol as an anabolic steroid for just over two decades without their knowledge or consent.
Structure and characteristics of Turinabol
As already mentioned, Turinabol is a modified form of Dianabol, a combination of Dianabol and Clostebol (4-chlorotestosterone). As a result, Turinabol is a milder anabolic steroid than its parent Dianabol. The modification made Turinabol unable to saromatize into estrogen. Additionally, Turinabol has low androgenic potential.
Turinabol modifications allow it to have a half-life of 16 hours and the ability to bind to SHBG. For oral administration, Turinabol is C17-alpha alkylated and results in hepatotoxicity.
Action of Turinabol
Due to the structural separation of the anabolic effect from the androgenic effect, Turinabol is a weaker anabolic steroid than its parent Dianabol. However, Turinabol allows solid muscle growth with far less androgenic side effects and absolutely no estrogenic side effects. Due to the relatively weaker effect of Dianabol, higher doses of Turinabol are expected.
Athletes and bodybuilders who take Turinabol can expect a stable, quality increase in muscle mass without the risk of excessive bulking, gynecomastia or other estrogenic side effects. Two studies on male athletes show he takes 10 mg. Turanabol daily for 6 weeks does not cause any annoying side effects.
Turinabol Intake and Dosage
Turinabol boasts nearly half the anabolic testosterone rating. Doses of 40 to 60 mg per day are recommended as an introduction. Doses can be increased to 80-100mg per day, but athletes begin to complain of side effects.
For beginners, doses of 30-40mg per day are recommended, while advanced can take 50-80mg per day. Professionals use 80-100 mg and above this dose up to 150 mg per day. However, such doses are extreme and cause serious side effects.
Turinabol has a half-life of 16 hours. This is considered a long time compared to other anabolic androgenic steroids for oral administration. Dianabol has a half-life of 4.5 to 6 hours, for example. Due to the long half-life, it is not necessary to divide Turinabol several times a day. The daily dose can be taken all at once.
Combination of Turinabol
Turinabol is often combined with other anabolic steroids. It is not the most anabolic or androgenic steroid and other steroids are preferred for increasing muscle mass. Its anabolic nature gives Turinabol an advantage in relief phases.
Turinabol alone indicates 40-60 mg per day for 6-8 weeks. This intake gives a good increase in strength and lean muscle mass. Turinabol at a dose of 60 mg per day can be combined with Testosterone Propionate 100 mg injected every other day for a period of 8 weeks. It's a great combination for lean muscle mass.
In longer steroid cycles, for example with Testosterone Lenanthate for 12 weeks, oral Turinabol is initially given for the first 4-6 weeks. It provides stable levels of steroids in the blood.
Side effects
Turinabol is known as one of the "mild" oral anabolic steroids, placed in this category along with Anavar (Oxandrolone) and Primobolan. Turinabol is also relatively safe for women.
Androgen
The chemical change by introducing a double bond between carbon atoms 1 and 2, along with the 4-chloro modification of Turinabol gives the reduced androgenic potency of this steroid. However, at higher doses, Turinabol can cause androgenic side effects such as aggressiveness, oily skin, and acne.Turinabol is also metabolized by the enzyme 5-alpha reductase to a potent androgenic metabolite, but the conversion is very low. The use of 5-alpha reductase inhibitors such as Proscar, Dutasteride and Finastride had no significant effect in this case.
Estrogenic
Turinabol is a modified form of Methandrostenolone (Dianabol, Dbol) and while Dianabol has a moderate affinity for aromatizing estrogen, Turinabol has no taste at all. The chemical alteration of Turinabol renders it unable to interact with the estrogen receptor. This is due to its attached 4-chloro group. Estrogen related side effects are almost impossible with the use of this steroid.
Cardiovascular
As mentioned, oral anabolic steroids have a detrimental effect on cholesterol levels. This means increasing levels of bad LDL cholesterol and reducing levels of good HDL cholesterol. A bokeh diet of omega fatty acids and more aerobic activity is recommended.
Suppression of testosterone
Almost all anabolic androgenic steroids affect natural testosterone production. Although Turinabol does not interact with the estrogen receptor in the hypothalamus, it is claimed to interact with the androgen receptor to inhibit endogenous gonadotropin production. For this reason, appropriate post-steroid therapy is recommended after or shortly before discontinuing a Turinabol cycle. Anti-estrogens such as Nolvadex and Clomid can be used to boost endogenous testosterone production after Turinabol cycle.
Hepatotoxicity
Predicted that Turinabol is a C17-alpha alkylated anabolic steroid, it is believed to be hepatotoxic. AST and ALT levels will increase during use. Studies have shown that doses of 15 to 35 doses per day do not alter AST and ALT levels.Oral anabolic steroids should be limited to 6-8 weeks.
